Training Agreement Terms & Conditons

1. Agreement
The following terms and conditions apply to students who are studying with Yenidünya Ltd (our brands are Levant Education, Levant Online, Studybritish) Agreement between you and Yenidünya Ltd.  (“Yenidünya”)involves: 

- By written or verbal booking you agree with the terms and conditions of Yenidünya. The agreement will be final after you sign the booking form.

2. Course Fees
Students will not be permitted to start the course unless full payment has been received. 

3. Books & Materials
The cost of the books and materials are not included the tuition fees. Such materials should be purchased additionally by the student.

4. Language Level Test and Exams
The level test will be arranged before you begin, and an exam at the end of your course as required.  

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once you start your course, if you wish to cancel the programme for any reason, there will be no refund for the tuition fees. You are obliged to pay the full fees according to deadline given you by Yenidünya. 

6. Payments to Yenidünya
Payments may be made by bank transfer or cash and must be received in full 7 days prior the course start date. Bank details will be provided to you by the registrar. Payments must include all bank charges. 

7. Payment Due Date
Any payment due shall be paid immediately, or Yenidünya reserve the right to cancel your course and ask for the full payment.

8. Changes to Enrolment
Students cannot make any major changes to their scheduled programme once their course has started. 

9. Cancellation of your course
You must ensure to cancel your class 24 hours before by email (info@studybritish.com) or text message (0 542 3592242). 

Students can cancel their scheduled lessons and if he/she observe the cancellation rule,  up to 3 times. These lessons will be re-scheduled and compensated by Yenidünya.

No Shows - If you fail to observe the cancellation rule, this incident will be treated as no show, and there will be no refund or compensation of your lesson.

10: Teachers
Yenidünya reserve the right to change your teacher any given time. 

11. Liability
Yenidünya will not accept any liability.

12. Promotional Photographs and Videos
Yenidünya may take photographs and videos of classes or other activities during your time with us, which may be used promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any materials, please advise us at that time of booking. 

13. Jurisdiction & Law  
The courts of Kozan will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
